  4. It's 1 of Scoop of whey protein powder.

Power Smoothie step by step

  1. Combine fruit, yogurt and water in a blender. (A vitamix blender works best).
  2. Blend on high until smooth (approx. 30 seconds).
  3. Add protein powder and blend on high for 5 seconds..
  4. Serve.
