- Prepare 1 cup of Mixed frozen fruit (berries, pineapple, mango, whatever you have available).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Plain greek non-fat yogurt.
- You need 1/4 cup of water (add more water for thinner consistancy).
- It's 1 of Scoop of whey protein powder.
Power Smoothie step by step
- Combine fruit, yogurt and water in a blender. (A vitamix blender works best).
- Blend on high until smooth (approx. 30 seconds).
- Add protein powder and blend on high for 5 seconds..
- Serve.
