Gumbo!!! Minus celery because I'm allergic :). This is suppose to be the newest superfood and juicing it is the way to go. so I did! Apparently depression is commonplace nowadays, and even more so in those who consume or produce erotic material. Unfortunately pornography is like any drug, it messes up the brain's reward system.

Gumbo!!! Minus celery  because I'm  allergic  :) Chicken, sausage, and okra gumbo made from scratch the old-school way, with a deep, rich roux and plenty of time for simmering. I miss gumbo and jambalaya here in Mozambique but I am able to find most of these ingred. here (except I brought my own cajun seas. from the U. I add items to that list on demand. You can have Gumbo!!! Minus celery because I'm allergic :) using 11 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

  1. Prepare 3/4 cup of Roux (= parts flour & oil cooked over medium heat until dark brown STIR CONSTANTLY!!!) make extra and keep it in the fridge! +/- 3/4 cup depending on how thick you want it..
  2. Prepare 1 lb of sausage (Cajun or other) cut into bite size pieces.
  3. It's 1 lb of pork or chicken cut into bite size pieces.
  4. You need 1 of Cajun seasoning to taste.
  5. It's 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (+/-).
  6. You need 1 of large onion cut into bite sized pieces or smaller.
  7. Prepare 2 of green bell peppers cut into bite sized pieces.
  8. Prepare 1/2 gallon of chicken broth or water.
  9. You need 3 cup of rice (white or brown) prepared. (=6 cups cooked).
  10. It's 1 of *optional* serve with saltine crackers.
  11. It's of this is great with potatoe salad! on the side or in it.

The problem is that when I try to get the global list from Celery, sometimes I don't get the updated list. For example, I might get empty list when I know I already inserted items to it. I Solemnly Swear That I'm Up To No Good. Right so again if anything is wrong lemme kno ok because I am noob.

Gumbo!!! Minus celery because I'm allergic :) step by step

  1. Roux should be DARK! STIR STIR STIR!!!.
  2. *over medium high heat.* Add pork or chicken and sausage to large heated pot. Season with Cajun seasoning and garlic cook until it is slightly browned..
  3. When meat is browned, add onion and bell pepper..
  4. Stir pot to mix ingredients, cook approximately 10 minutes to cook onion and bell pepper..
  5. Add Roux and stir.
  6. After roux is incorporated add liquid (chicken broth /water) making sure other ingredients are covered..
  7. Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for 2+ hours adding water if it gets too dry. Stir occasionally...it shouldn't stick to the pot unless the heat is too high. TASTE TEST!! Does it need salt? Add some! More garlic? Add some! This is YOUR Gumbo add whatever you think it needs 😊.
  8. Prepare rice according to package directions. Place 1 cup rice in a bowl cover with gumbo to serve..
