You can cook Mixed Berry Protine Sorbet using 4 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Mixed Berry Protine Sorbet

  1. It's 4 oz. of Coconut water (not milk) I use C2O Pure Coconut water.
  2. It's 1 scoop of Whey Protein, any flavor. I use Body Fortress.
  3. You need of Frozen mixed berries- strawberries, blueberries & blackberries.
  4. It's of Frozen sweet cherries.

Mixed Berry Protine Sorbet step by step

  1. If using a cup blender use the large cup. In the cup you will add the coconut water and scoop of protein powder. Then blend for about 1 minute..
  2. Remove the cup from the blender bottom and take off the blade attachment..
  3. Add mixed berries. You want the berries completely covered in the protein mix. Also, make sure not to go over the MAX line. If you go over the MAX line just drink a little of the protein mix until it's below the line..
  4. Add about 5 cherries. Then put the blade attachment back on and blend well..
  5. Note: The consistency of the sorbet should be like a thick milkshake. If your sorbet is too runny, just add more berries and blend some more. If it is too thick add more liquid..
  6. Note: If you are using the Ninja, the mix might become so frozen that it will not mix anymore. To remedy that you can add a little more coconut water or plain water..
  7. Note: If using the Nutra Bullet you'll get a nice emulsion texture to the mix. Also, the Nutra Bullet doesn't get the mix so frozen that the blades won't mix anymore..
  8. Note: I don't know how it works in a regular blender. If anyone makes this recipe in a regular blender, please leave comments on how it worked and I will add it as a note to this recipe. I will appreciate your feed back..
